  1. Jump on producing qualified sales leads.  Not unqualified crap the salespeople got from previous management.  Do it as fast as possible.   If you push for quantity instead of quality, this will last for 60 days and you'll fail.
  2. Make sure the vast complicated lead management system is working to advance revenue.  Find the points of failure and fix it.
